I use Qualitative and Quantitative methods to shape user-centered design decisions, both generative and evaluative. This ranges from contextual interviews to A/B Testing.

    Lo-fidelity sketches and developing high fidelity, interactive interfaces for user testing are some of my favorite UX activities. I have created almost every kind of user artifact, from Personas and Journey maps to Storyboards.

Eco-friendly Rewards Mobile App 0 to 1 | Jeep

I led the creation and design of a Jeep mobile app that functioned as a program that allows users to accrue points for sustainable actions that they could then use for various types of local & brand-partnered rewards. This project evolved into the Jeep Miles mobile app.

Data Analysis & Research | Apple

As part of the App Store’s App Review, I evaluated thousands of globally submitted developer apps against Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines. I documented user needs around the current in-house tool to share with stakeholders. At Maps, I verified the accuracy of vendor, user-submitted, and in-house data sent from around the world using internal applications. These tools led me to first develop my interest in UX.

Maintaining Trust & Safety | WhatsApp

At WhatsApp @ Facebook (now Meta), I was responsible for enhancing the customer experience by addressing and resolving multilingual user trust and safety concerns, to create a secure and enjoyable environment. By proactively identifying and mitigating both user and organizational risks through the analysis of global trends, my team reduced instances of fraud over time.
