Mitigating Time, Cost, Labor, and Safety Risks in Manufacturing by Designing Optimization Tools

As the sole designer across four teams, I led the end-to-end (0 to 1) design of over seven important products focused on cost, labor, and safety.

I designed highly complex cost Labor Optimization, Attendance Tracking, Safety Tracking, Finance Analytics dashboards and apps from scratch and quickly mocked up streamlined internal chatbot interfaces and Safety training modules. I contributed to and maintained internal Manufacturing brand design systems.

I also created and facilitated workshops on generative and iterative design methods designed specifically for each project.

I collaborated closely and cross-functionally with product and project managers, product owners, business management, data scientists, and software engineer stakeholders to align design with strategic goals.
