Hi, I’m Nur (Noor). I’m passionate about data-driven UX and Service Design. I’ve worked on all kinds of user interfaces, from mobile and web to vehicle infotainment and VUI.

I have a Masters’ in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BA in Psychology from Seattle University. I’ve previously worked at Fiat-Chrysler/Stellantis, Apple, WhatsApp, and YouTube.

  • I have 4+ years experience with end-to-end Service and Product Design cycles for both future-state and high-concept UX work and production work. I have experience in tech, automotive, and home services industries.

  • I have 5+ years experience in Psychological research & UX Research practices combined, and have been solely responsible for end-to-end UX projects, from research plans and recruiting to presenting reports.
